Taking the plunge again
A lot of people would tell you that if you invest in your house, money should be spent in the kitchen or bathroom or lower level to help increase the resell value. Putting in a pool does not necessarily have the same benefit. Although if a buyer wants a pool, it’s a deal maker.

Just another cover up!!
Then he pulled out a note and handed it to Dawn and said, “look what I found inside the chair”. It was a note from Dawn’s Grandma Anderson. It was dated October 1984. It provided providence about the chair’s history. It went back to at least 1934 when they purchased it.
