As a radio programmer, I go through periods of confidence and insecurity. This week, I had lots of the former and a bit of the latter.

The realization and change for me began in the mid 2000’s when I discovered quite by accident that my blood pressure was dangerously high. Like 220/120 high.

We basically woke up early everyday, had coffee on the dock, ate breakfast, walked in Delta, or went into Westport, back to the dock for a fruity rum punch @noon, kayaked, jumped into the lake, listened to playlists on Spotify, had lunch, napped, played cards, had dinner and went to sleep.
